To help our engineers provide an accurate quote and DFM review, please prepare the following information before contacting us:
- Actuator type: roller screw actuator, servo electric cylinder, or custom electromechanical actuator
- Rated force, peak force, stroke, max speed, acceleration, and duty cycle
- Required life target, cycle count, or L10 life assumption
- Positioning accuracy, repeatability, backlash, stiffness, and axial play
- Motor, gearbox, brake, encoder, drive, voltage, and control interface
- Mounting type, rod end, anti-rotation, end fittings, and envelope constraints
- Environment: IP rating, temperature, corrosion, washdown, cleanroom, shock, or vibration
- Quantity stage: prototype, pilot, batch, or production
- Drawing, STEP file, sample, or reference model availability
- Delivery country and target lead time
Helpful Files to Attach
- STEP, IGES, or 2D drawing for actuator envelope, mounting, rod end, bearing interface, or custom component.
- Existing hydraulic cylinder, ball screw actuator, or competitor model number if this is a replacement project.
- Motion profile, force-time curve, duty cycle, control interface, and required inspection or qualification documents.
- Quantity stage, target delivery country, required Incoterms, and lead-time expectation.
